Maine Labor Group on Health
The purpose of Maine Labor Group on Health is to educate Maine’s working people about health and safety in the workplace and to function as a statewide advocate for working people within the health care system. We offer training in cooperation with OSHA training priorities as well as other workplace health and safety training. We advocate for worker empowerment through education.
Recent achievement: OSHA Susan Harwood training grant to train workers in a wide variety of courses, from general rights under OSHA, to blood borne pathogens, to job hazard analysis and many more.
